This is a volunteer medical educational organization made up of four physicians from Duke, UNC, Wake Forrest and myself that present interesting cases, diagnostic dilemmas and advanced surgical techniques to other retinal specialists. There are curently about 152 members spread out over 5 states. The meetings are held about quarterly at various locations sometimes held with local state medical societies. At times we have the meetings “Live Stream” via the internet where we have had greater than 350 physicians from around the world tune in to the proceedings.
